Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Our shipping policies are in conjunction with the United States Postal Services, therefore, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are processed and ready to be created within 10-14 business days. Because we allow for customization, all orders are handmade to order and are created in small batches- these are created after each completed order. This process ranges between 10 to 14 business days during normal periods - no holiday or peak periods. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but not exceeding 7 business days.

Custom orders on the other hand, may or may not require additional processing. On all other orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic shipping costs are free for orders over USD$75 in the contiguous United States, adjusted shipping elsewhere.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and fully based on inventory. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 Artisanal Lab ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Artisanal Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Artisanal Lab is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We will be more than happy to assist in any way possible.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship 40 plus other countries and territories outside the U.S.
